Please note: Items may be returned for credit, exchange or refund.
Our return period is 14 Days from date of purchase. All refunds will be credited to your preferred account. However we do not refund the initial shipping cost.
All returns must be in their original sale condition (unused, undamaged and unworn with all original packaging.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?
We are happy to assist - Please contact-us before returning your item to us, so that we can advise you of next steps and time frames for a refund or replacement item. We will require the invoice number of item and reason for return.
RECEIVING FAULTY DAMAGED JEWELLERY OR ACCESSORIES
Our Jewellery is produced to the highest quality standards and we want you to have the best quality jewellery , however if your jewellery has arrived faulty please let us know immediately. You can return any faulty item within 14 Days of purchase for a replacement, repair or refund.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Coral Treasures Jewellery and Accessories.
HAND MADE ITEMS - RETURN POLICY & CANCELLATIONS
Our handmade items are made specially for you when you order, if you would like to cancel your order after production has begun, a cancellation fee of 25% will be incurred at our discretion.
For any returns on Hand Made Items please contact-us and we will gladly assist you.
However we don't allow refunds on handmade items, you may return for any other handmade items on our site in the same price range.
